By car
- From Paris, Lyon : A6 motorway to Beaune then the A36
- From Strasbourg: motorway A35
- From Germany: motorway A5 (240 kilometres (150 miles) from Stuttgart;
340 kilometres (211 miles) from Frankfurt then the A36
- From Switzerland: N2 (120 kilometres from Zurich, 260 kilometres from Geneva), then A35 and A36 motorways.
By train
- Mulhouse is situated on three major rail routes: Germany - Mediterranean (Frankfurt - Lyon - Marseille - Nice - Montpellier), Italy - Switzerland - Belgium (Milan - Zurich - Bale - Brussels) and Paris - Bale.
